We welcomed Fiona Matsumoto, representative of GOTS JAPAN, as our lecturer and discussed GOTS certification (Global Organic Textile Standard) with people involved in the supply chain, from trading companies that handle raw materials to spinning mills, knitters, dyeing factories, and sewing factories.
Although it is a high hurdle in Japan, where the division of labor is the norm, FC PLANNING is working towards obtaining GOTS certification by exchanging ideas with trusted suppliers.
